Alfred Memory Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the hosted Alfred Memory service provided by AlfredLabs. By connecting to or using the hosted service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Alfred Memory lets you store, retrieve, update, and delete user-directed memory through supported clients. The separately distributed open-source Alfred software remains governed by its repository license when you operate it yourself.

Your account and content

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for activity performed through your account, and for the content you choose to store. You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in that content. Do not store passwords, access tokens, private keys, illegal material, or content you lack the right to use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or limits, probe another user's data, distribute malware, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains how Alfred Memory processes data. When you connect through ChatGPT, Codex, or another client, that provider also processes information under its own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

The hosted service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain service security. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the service or this site.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AlfredLabs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent retention of content, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AlfredLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion through the support channel. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will survive.
